For bulk and pre-orders, processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier lead times. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM to qualify
• Bulk & Pallet Orders: 2–5 business days depending on size and destination

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, size, weight, and delivery location.
• Orders under £400 are subject to a £15 delivery charge
• Orders above this amount may qualify for reduced or free delivery (excluding bulk pallet shipments)
• Large wholesale or pallet orders may be quoted separately
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders above £400 (excluding bulk pallet shipments).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across mainland United Kingdom. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time and charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
